If a customer is happy with the experience of dealing with you and they get what they wanted from your product or services, they’re likely to come back for more – but they’ll need encouragement.
Do you record their names and addresses? Do you write to them within a week of their first purchase to say “welcome and thank you”? If not, you’re making life hard for yourself.
