As a starting point, Noble CRM Solutions offers three levels of package based both upon the quantity and also the level of detail amount of data each client already holds on its customers.

Because every business will need to communicate with its customers in the most suitable and effective way, we don’t take a “one size fits all” approach to our services.

There are, however, several core features to each package, these include;

  • Initial consultation - an opportunity for us to discuss your business and allow Noble CRM to gain a deeper understanding of your long term objectives.
  • Design and clean your database - If you don’t already hold an electronic database, we will create a basic database template and input existing client data in usable form. If you already have a database, we will Noble CRM will assess its usability and recommend any necessary corrections.
  • Develop your data gathering strategies - advice on the best ways to build a useful database.
  • Advise you on marketing and promotional strategies - effective marketing strategies that will allow you to use your client database to its full potential.
  • Introduce systems to measure effectiveness of campaigns - simple to follow guidelines on how to test and measure the results from each marketing campaign.
  • Provide an objective overview of your customer service - improve your customer care procedures and improve retention levels.

  • 4 hours On-site training on database creation
    and administration.
  • 2 hours Consultation (Can include optional Business Financial Health Check)

Monthly services

  • 2 hours CRM Consultation per quarter

Designed for those businesses who already have some information on their customers and who are ready to begin to this knowledge,

  • 6 hours On-site database creation and administration.
  • 2 hours Consultation

Monthly services

  • Planning, creation and implementation of 2 CRM Campaigns per quarter
  • 4 hours CRM Consultation per quarter
  • Ongoing monthly CRM support and advice
